Capt. Paul Abraham of the United Kingdom Royal Navy is Director of the Maritime Strategic Transition Team and Senior Advisor to the Iraqi Navy. Capt. Abraham joined us for a DoDLive Bloggers Roundtable this morning to discuss the developing Iraqi Navy and their recent operational success in seizing control of the their own territorial waters and the Port of Umm Qasr.
