We just concluded our interview with Mr. Mark Wilt, USAID representative to the Wasit Provincial Reconstruction Team of Multi-National Division - Central on the DoD Bloggers Roundtable. The transcript should be posted soon. Mr. Wilt discussed the develpmental cycles of reconstruction and the economic development in Wasit province and the programs in place and those planned to help cultivate economic growth in the region.
