U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Larry Rice, Director, Chief of Naval Operations Environmental Readiness Division (N45), joined us yesterday on the DoD Bloggers Roundtable.


Rear Adm. Rice spoke with bloggers about the Supreme Court's June 23 decision to review lower court rulings on the Navy's use of sonar.
